Meet the Administrators

Collage of Pictures of Fishwick Administration
Spring of 2020 challenged our staff and students to find a new normal for learning. What I have most learned through this process is how much I appreciate the hard work of our teachers and students and how each has stepped up to the challenge. I do not know how long this will continue to be our new normal. What I do know is that even under the most challenging of circumstances, we are still a learning and caring community.

Our goals will remain the same. We will ensure that every child, every day will find a way to be connected to a caring adult. We will support one another and our students as we learn and grow together. We will be challenged by new experiences. Much of what is learned will continue to be used in the future.  This school year will prove to be exciting and challenging. There is no doubt that during the next phase of learning under Covid-19, John P. Fishwick will become a model school because we will not accept anything less!

We are here to assist all families with accessing the tools to be successful in a virtual and hybrid/blended setting. I assure you that we will do everything we can to make this year as painless as possible. Please remember that this is new for us too. We don’t have all of the answers and things continue to change daily, and even hourly. Please know that it is our hope to provide you with some comfort as we begin our new normal!

We also want our families to know that it is very important that you continue to provide us with updated phone numbers and addresses so that we can continuously provide you with updates and information.

Take care! I will see you soon from a distance.
