Terri Alley

I graduated from Radford University in 1990 and started teaching that same year. I got my masters degree in special education in 2012. Over the years I have taught early childhood special education, 3-4th grade and 6-12th grade special education. Currently I am the 7th grade special education teacher at JPFMS. I co-teach math with Ms. Drew and English with Ms. Frazier.

Instructions for accessing Zoom, Moodle and Study Island

Ø  Zoom Room Link and Schedule - ALL classes will be held from 11:00am - 12:00pm every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday unless otherwise specified.

Ø  Visit Mr. Agee, Ms. Drew, and Ms. Frazier's Moodle Pages through Moodlerooms to find assignments for each day.  These include videos, powerpoints, practice questions and IXL and Study Island assignments.  Use the link or the listed steps:

Ø  Then choose the following:  Middle Schools, Fishwick, Science, Mr. Agee Science 7, Math, Ms. Drew Math 7, or English, Ms. Frazier, English 7

Ø  The directions for accessing Study Island are listed below: 

Ø  Go to the RCPS webpage at http://rcps.info

Ø  Select Students and Web-Based Student Programs

Ø  Next choose Clever

Ø  Login with LDAP using Roanoke City Schools login and password

Ø  Choose Study Island and the program will open

Ø  Select the appropriate lesson for completion.

Ø  Should you have any problems with the login, please contact the school

On Monday, March 30th, Governor Northam issued a "stay at home" order and all schools will be closed until further notice. 
The school division will provide a grab and go service for meals at Fallon Park Elementary, Round Hill Elementary, Patrick Henry High School, and William Fleming High School from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. If you cannot visit any of these sites the Governor asks that you call 2-1-1. 
If you have questions, please call the school at 540-853-6040 and your call will be returned within 24 hours. 


Student Meals
Limited quantities of student meals are available on site at John P. Fishwick Middle School. Please call ahead to let the office know if you would like to pick up meals at the school. Food delivery by bus will continue. 

Student Packets
If you have not picked up student work packets, they are available in the main office. Please call ahead to let the staff know that you will be picking up a student packet.
